Traditional family

Daniel ‘s family is from Ring Ngalalala and this painting shows how families used to live- in bark huts and  tree platforms. There are canoes used for hunting fish with the spear and woomera.

The left hand side of the painting is animals in the freshwater, the water a little high and covering the black and white ibis’ legs. Also in the water are whistle ducks, long necked turtles, goannas and barramundi.
