Artwork sales

RETURNS
We appreciate and value our customers and hope you are happy with any purchase you have received. If you are however unhappy and wish to return your purchase, we will fully refund you or accept exchanges, minus freight costs and we must be notified within one week of receiving your purchase. Items returned must be in its original condition with any accompanying documentation received for your accepted return to apply.

INDIGENOUS ART CODE

The purpose of the Code is to establish standards for dealings between Dealers and Artists to ensure:

– Fair and ethical trade in Artwork;
– Transparency in the process of promotion and sale of Artwork; and
– That disputes arising under the Code are dealt with efficiently and fairly.

Accommodation

All bookings are accepted on the basis that you have read, understood and agree to abide, and be bound by, the following Terms and Conditions.

Please be aware that some accommodation offers a different rate for longer stays or at the discretion of Bula’Bula Arts.

Booking payments

All bookings must be paid for in full prior to arriving to secure the booking. There are no exceptions. Bula’Bula Arts accepts VISA and Mastercard.

Alternatively, you may wish to pay by direct deposit or EFT, please contact Bula’bula for these details.  Please ensure your invoice number is used as a reference.

Cancellations

Cancellations must be made in writing and all monies paid are non-refundable.

If there is an extreme circumstance as to why you need to cancel, a refund may be considered at the discretion of Bula’Bula Arts.

We will not accept the following reasons, including but not limited to:

  • Change of travel plans
  • Found alternate accommodation
  • Property location isn’t suitable

Please ensure that you have researched the property prior to making your booking.

Extensions

Extensions cannot be guaranteed and are subject to other bookings in place.

Keys

To collect your keys Bula’bula office hours are Monday to Friday 9.00am – 4.00pm, with an hour lunch break during the middle of the day. We are closed on public holidays and weekends. You are able to check in and out on these days however additional fees apply.

If you intend to arrive outside of office hours, you must make prior arrangements with our office. Please be aware that after hours check in and check out fees do apply.

All guests are responsible for the safekeeping of accommodation keys. All keys are to be returned.  Any missing keys will be charged to the customer at $200 each.

Number of occupants and use

All accommodation must only be used for private use and to accommodate the number of guests stated on your booking confirmation.

No business is to be conducted at Mona Lodge.

No functions or parties may be conducted at the property under any circumstances.  Exceeding the stated number of guests will result in a termination of booking and you being required to vacate the property immediately without refund.

What to bring

Personal requisites are not provided.  It is expected that you will need to bring washing powder and personal items. Linen and towels are provided.

Cleaning

All accommodation bookings are accepted on the basis that all clients treat the property with the same respect as their own home in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.  A clean will be carried out on check out and the cost is included in your total booking amount. If a property is found to be left in an unreasonable state at check out, there may be excess cleaning charges involved. This will be determined on a case to case basis and a member of our team will contact the guest to advise of the excess cleaning.

Parking

Tenants and/or visitors shall not park vehicles on the premises, except in specifically designated areas. The tenants are responsible for the behaviour and actions of their visitors whilst on the premises.

Pets

No pets are allowed either onto the grounds of the property nor inside the accommodation under any circumstances.  Any pets found in accommodation properties will result in a termination of your booking and additional cleaning charges will be made.

Damage

Whilst you are in occupation, you are fully responsible for all breakages and damage caused to the property, its furniture fittings, or any consequent loss suffered by Bula’bula Arts.  Any such breakages, damage or loss must be reported immediately to Bula’Bula Arts and paid for prior to departure.  Failure to comply with this condition will result in a debit of any such costs and expenses to your credit card.

Smoking inside premises

There is no smoking inside any of Bula’bula accommodation.

Personal property

Please remember to take your personal property and belongings with you upon your departure. Bula’Bula Arts accepts no responsibility whatsoever for any such items left behind.

Alcohol and Drugs

Alcohol and drugs are prohibited.

Smoking

This house is smoke free – no smoking inside. Rooms left smelling of cigarette smoke will be charged a minimum fee of $500

Disclaimer

By accepting the booking, you acknowledge and agree that Bula’bula Arts will not be held responsible nor liable for:

  • Any injury or loss suffered by the occupants, their invitees or guests whatsoever or howsoever caused whilst I/we are in occupancy of the accommodation due to my/our failure to comply with the Term and Conditions;
  • Any injury or loss suffered by the occupants, their invitees or guests whatsoever or howsoever caused due to negligence on my/our /their part.
  • Any injury or loss suffered by the occupants, their invitees or guests whatsoever or howsoever caused as a result of insects or wildlife in or around the accommodation site. All occupants are to take specific care at all time and requested not to approach any wildlife under any circumstances.
